      Pros

      They're really nice here and you're always allowed to ask questions if you're unsure about something. Training for this position is extensive and takes time, but they really want you to be confident in what you're doing when you're on the job.

      Cons

      Work life balance may be hard to achieve but it's do-able. They do not pay enough for the work that they ask you to do here, other than that it's not so bad.

      Awesome goals and ideas. Great benefits. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      Disheartening to have terrible management. Condescending and lack of personal accountability. Lazy attitude that advocates passing the buck. This should be a time for positive reformation and progression, but instead we are bogged down in petty fights and inaction.
