Pros

Management was awesome. The atmosphere was very laid back, and they were very understanding about my scheduling.

Cons

This location was all the way back in the far corner of the campus, so I would have to drive across campus to get to work on time.

Pros

The students are wonderful! A lot of time off per year gives balance to EXTREME working hours and conditions during the semester. Everyone that I'm immediately in contact with -- working with is wonderful -- great people.

Cons

Upper executive management compensation is excessive while adjunct faculty salaries are far from competitive. A math tutor earning $20 per hour is better compensated (on an hourly basis) than what I'm paid to teach engineering courses (considering all of the hours outside of the classroom necessary to do a good job).
