Great job because you are student-facing and get to help students in need

Cons

Poor pay and very mean girl type management from the director it takes time for her to warm up to. you. You do a lot for little pay. They always mention benefits,buit's its not worth it with toxic management. Got in trouble for taking a walk on my 15 min break. The always set new rules. Their other departments are far better than this one .

Awesome and caring supervisors at SGC! Flexible work schedule. Great job to have if you're currently enrolled in classes.

Cons

Not easy to get a full-time offer after graduation because they only hire currently enrolled students. If you want a full-time, your best bet is to enroll in a Masters program to stay longer and work for a different department.
