      Lots of opportunities for advancement and growth. Good people who make for an enjoyable work environment. Great benefits. Lots to experience and get involved with working on a college campus. Fulfilling work giving back to hard-working students.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Outdated processes. Lack of innovation. Unwilling to support staff with market-driven compensation initiatives.

      Good people, bad office politics

      Pros

      Many of the employees at the TitanHEALTH department are well-meaning, kind, and passionate about their work. There is a good amount of variety in the work many employees do, so it doesn't feel like a monotonous office job.

      Cons

      Very unnecesary office politics. An entire department of employees weren't given keycards to access the building for OVER HALF A YEAR. I have missed work, been late, and been forced to leave early at times that nobody was available to simply let me into the building. It was completely unprofessional and the upper management made no effort to fix the issue. The assistant director of TitanWELL alienates many of the other supervisors, plays favorites, and actively works against the department's best interests.
