      You can work while taking classes to gain some extra experience outside and apply the knowledge you learn.

      Getting payment was a hassle sometimes with filling out the contract.

      The coworkers are too good for this office.

      The pay inequity is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. New hires who are brought on the team after you WILL make more than you for the exact same position. They will make claims to fix it or make it right but it is always an empty promise. The “Leadership” team in the Office of Admissions is the worst management team I have ever worked for. They play favorites, lack accountability, and are overall immature and underdeveloped. They will divert all blame to “old management” from years ago when it is clear they are the problem. If you were a student assistant you will be put on the fast track to success, anyone else good luck.
