Great benefits, lots of community within coworkers, union environment. There is a lot of freedom and free time. Not a ton of daily supervision.

Cons

Toxic work culture. Retaliation, abuse of power, bullying from management. Lack of transparency, lack of accountability from management.

I worked with some of the best students, however, love for students will not retain staff.

Cons

It seems to me that so many amazing people end up leaving because of toxic work culture perpetuated by people who are resistant to change, and/or unwilling to see others succeed.
