- Good benefits - Friendly staff/employees and overall good work environment (depending on your department).

Cons

- Extremely low pay - No room for growth - As job duties/tasks increase, pay necessarily does not. As cost of living increases, your pay does not increase to allow for this adjustment. - A LOT of people of jumping ship and leaving. Then it takes forever (aka a lot of "red tape") to get someone hired again. In the meantime, you are stuck with extra workload.

Administration is run by power-hungry do-nothings. They play favorites to good-ol-boys who used to run everything. It's the reason that this place is failing its students
