Not much pros here, but state benefits are good including Medical benefits.

Cons

This company will overwork their employees down to the ground. So much buracracies and politics in this place that will almost make it impossible to get a single task done quickly. The worst is discrimination I experienced from These supposedly highly educated people who don’t care about you as an employee and all the work and dedication you gave while working for them. They will overwork you to the ground until you break down , literally! Job duties assigned should be done by at least 2-3 staff, not just one staff given with all the duties and deadlines they expect you to accomplish on time! Sweat, blood, and tears , literally!!! Disgusting people with doctorate degrees.
