      Good company benefits and health insurance plan, decent pay

      Cons

      Work/life balance is poor, spend majority of the year on the road, no rewards positive acknowledgment or appreciation, union dues. If you have a family this is not the job for you. The railroad OWNS you... you will have no personal life.
