      Pros

      Good pay and stability. Lots of options to move around and try different jobs.

      Cons

      Some upheaval during upper management change over. I've heard it's resolved.

      Good pay, decent benefits, always something different to work on.

      Cons

      Takes advantage of you as much as possible. Forced OT even if you can't stay due to prior engagements. Constantly writing you up for little stuff. Attendance program is garbage. If your late to work due to the entrance being blocked you gets punished, but when you have to wait in the yard for 30 minutes after your shift they don't pay you.
