Beware of Cindy Sanborn

Business Outlook

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

No work/life balance for managers. If you don't write up enough T&E employees you are putting your job on the line. You only get promoted if you will move at the drop of a hat AND are in a certain click. Biggest Con of all: Cindy Sanborn, Cindy Sanborn, Cindy Sanborn

Pros

Great pay, affordable benefits, company has been around a long time, stable.

Cons

Now we are just a number, company does not care about their employees. Absenteeism policy for clerks just changed to 1 occurence (late or sick) for a rolling 4 weeks. They are suspending and firing employees who have violated the policy with emergency surgeries. Ridiculous. I hope the EEOC and ADA get them for non compliance for people with disabilities. Union is about useless.

Get trained and get furloughed

Pros

Excellent training, excellent benefits. There is good opportunity for advancement. Very large senority district to move around.

Cons

Training pay is not that great, $600/wk with no overtime. Working 12 hour days 6 days a week. Right after being hired and qualifying, trainees are being furloughed.
