      Pro-employee job You get your own tools with your own tool box. Great environment to work in.

      Outsourcing to China

      Pros

      5 weeks vacation, lots of parking as you have let most people go

      Cons

      Low pay for the area. Very weak HR that you will never see. Nothing done for morale. Laid off or let go several great employees as they outsource production to China. Executive team only cares about $$. You are a number to them. Like China, Csafe is a dictatorship, where one person has all of the say. I would totally avoid this place.

      * Entrepreneurial spirited company that is rapidly growing. * Company demonstrates a willingness help each other out. * Strong quality minded company who always puts quality over quantity. * World class customer service support that applies to both internal and external customers. * Great company if you are looking to rapidly grow within a company. *Because of products that are produced by CSafe, even if you had a bad day, you know you work for a company that designs, sells, and manufactures products that enhanced and saved human lives.

      Cons

      Due to rapid growth the company works reactivity instead of proactively.
