This is a positive work environment. We're continuously on the lookout for new tools and ways to improve. The systems in place are in place to help us succeed, and they're working like a well-oiled machine!

Cons

Working from home or in the office, as long as the person proves that they are getting their work done and contributing to the team, they should be able to remain a remote employee.
