One of the Best Companies I've Worked For, With Amazing Management That Values Their Employees

I worked at Coalition a bit under a year. Everyone at Coalition is extremely understanding, and the most accommodating to the ups and downs in life. I was hired as a full time employee at the Culver City office and was doing that for about 4 months. The lengthy car ride took a toll on my car and they happily let me transition to remote work for my remaining 4 months. I also had the opportunity to work with some pretty big brands in the US.

Cons

The clock-in system can become a bit irritating (only when it *occasionally* hiccups), but it's a very small price to pay for the amazing management, company values, and working with some top tier brands.

I love how much learning takes place and willing my colleagues are to help me and make sure I actually understand processes and why they’re in place. The benefits are second to none with fully stocked kitchen throughout the week and lunch on Fridays. I love how involved and mindful management is, they truly care about your success thus making the company even more successful.

Cons

None really, other than having to show up everyday until I hit the lottery.
