Nice team to work with and very well organised.

Cons

Working on night shift for some remote members can be very exhausting and I am not a big fan of Time Doctor.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your positive feedback and constructive criticism. We do work to balance team members work schedules so they support a normal lifestyle. As team members in most roles prove themselves, we allow the ability to shift the schedule to better suit their particular needs. Its unfortunate we seemed to miss doing that with you. And while I can understand the objections to using Time Doctor, it has proved extremely valuable in providing our clients with outstanding work, and has also ensure that our teams are confident that everyone working together is working just as hard. I have been with CT since last 3+ years. Coalition is one of the rare companies which appreciate its employees more than its clients. Your efforts won't be unnoticed. They have truly amazing rewarding programs such as profit share, bonus pay, career development, phantom stock which are not around in any other companies. The growing teams are full of talents and expertise. You get a lot of learning and support from each other. Its because of these teams most of Coalition's clients wants to stay long term with the company. Proud of being a part of teams like these.

Cons

No chance. Always improve attitude of Coalition and its team members will always keep this section empty. :)
