      Pros

      Its the best company overall. Its great journey so far with CT. Great learning and very dynamic. Top management is also very helpful and supportive. In my career I have never come across such a good and helping top management. There are very few company who pays profit amount with employees; CT is one of them. This really shows that they care for their employees as top priority. We got a very extensive support from the top management during pandemic period. The process is right in its place and made easy going for any new comers.

      I am not seeing any Cons as this point of time.

      Pros

      I have been with CT since last 2+ years. Coalition is one of the rare companies which appreciate its employees more than its clients. Your efforts won't be unnoticed. They have truly amazing rewarding programs such as profit share, bonus pay, career development, phantom stock which are not around in any other companies. The growing teams are full of talents and expertise. You get a lot of learning and support from each other. Its because of these teams most of Coalition's clients wants to stay long term with the company. Proud of being a part of teams like these.
