This is a grown-up business that has hired professionals and experts to define their own roles. Great Management. Awesome and Cooperative staff No travel We can balance our work and life in a better and efficient way. Innovative and forward-thinking organization. People get full-fledged training on every process. Have their own Learning management system, that help you to get proficient on the whole shebang.

Pros

1) We are given full support to perform our assigned tasks without any interference. 2) Work culture is best with flexible shift allowed and we are given subsidies to name a few Gym, Laptop and many more. 3) Monetarily we are rewarded with one of the best compensation in the industry.

Cons

Truly, I have been in this industry for a good amount of time and I can say that CT is one of the best company to grow our professional career.

Pros

Amazing Work Atmosphere, Awesome Team, Flexible Schedule, Better Opportunities to learn and grow, Individual development, Various Subsidies like free gym memebership, Profit Share and Free Laptop, Excellent Training.

Cons

I don't find anything that needs to be fixed. The time zone difference is a challenge sometimes but having a flexible schedule and remote nature of job is perk over it.
