I truly enjoy the work I do at Coalition. The tasks I handle are meaningful and aligned with what I love doing, which makes my job feel fulfilling. One of the best parts is that I get to do all of this from home, giving me the flexibility to balance work, family time, and personal time. With all the changes brought by AI, I also really admire how Coalition continues to value human work. The company uses AI as a helpful tool, not as a replacement for people. That mindset says a lot about how much they trust and respect human skills and judgment—and I deeply appreciate that.
