Certain members in leadership are emotionally unstable people with zero ability to speak to others with respect under the guise of being "results oriented" or passionate. This is at a local and executive level. It runs like a company on the verge of shutting down all the time despite being financially sound and growing, people run around in a panic, and we are told to be deceptive to other members of leadership and our own customer. The office runs like a clique, if the favorites make a mistake - nothing is mentioned to them - if you are clearly out of the clique because you don't care for it - every mistake is scrutinized under the microscope. They love temp agencies that underpay immigrants below market wage and the benefits are some of the worst in the business.
