Pros

Company is determined to retain great talent, and create a positive environment. Employees are the key to company success. All levels are committed to making this one of the best companies to work for.

Cons

A lot of change ahead, but it is going in the right direction. How can employees provide feedback to help grow the company.

Pros

They will work you, if you want to work. 40+ a week if you prove to show up on time. If you are looking for a job with lots of hours this is it. If ambitious, you can be promoted fairly quickly.

Cons

The days are rotating, so you do not have set days. There are favoritism within departments and a lot of political gossip between co-workers. Training could be improve. You are working in a food factory, so there is a lot of hot and cold zones. You will get tired of long days.

Pros

Very good medical coverage, Blue Cross & Blue Shield (PPO). Very inexpensive coverage, very affordable family coverage. The best coverage you can get for a middle class person. The best coverage I ever had, period.

Cons

Very high turnover rate. Employees are looked at as short term help instead of long term investments. Very poor training for staff. Management is very petty, look for any excuse to write up employees, suspend or fire them. The company does not give maintenence staff any holiday time off, no Christmas, no New Years, no Thanksgiving, and no Fourth of July. Management gets all major holidays off but not maintenance department. The production department are worked twelve hours a day, 7 days a week. This company does not care if you spend any time with your family at all. Rapid schedule changes are frequent. if you are looking for a set schedule to fit a normal lifestyle, this is not the company to work for. Nepatism, and favoritism from management runs rampant. Very cliques invironment. Very toxic invironment to work in. This company hires a lot of exconvicts. These are the only kind of people that they can retain because they don't have many options and are desperate for a job. This company is truly a company of very low standards. They don't believe in investing in employees over the long haul. All employees are only short term help, and will never be a long tern investment.
