Pros

They "seem" very friendly and supportive at first.

Cons

The pay is low for the industry and the benefits are not that great. At first management is supportive and just tells you what you want to hear. The owners are all college friends and they are just out for themselves. They do not care about their employees. They just want to "appear" that they do.

Pros

CTS was there for us all the way. I had so many opportunities for advancement, and I always felt that they had my back.

Cons

it was a high pressure fast-paced environment. Only people passionate about their careers were successful.

Servant leadership from the CEO and President all the way down. Spectacular people, services and culture. The best place I've had the pleasure of working in my entire career.
