Modernization of the system platform is good for developers to up-skill their knowledge.

Cons

The company has lost its motto, "heart at work" for which people used to get rewarded. Recently under Karen, the company has lost its vision and every month the team is shuffling and changing and the more you work you are given more tasks and no rewards.
