Pros

The pay and vacation time. Made good friends. On site cafeteria. Hours were good. Pretty much nothing else had to make it up to 20 words

Cons

The management played to much favoritism. I was the best person on my team besides the leads and they would rather choose people who physically looks the best to move forward to make more money and have better opportunities then someone who put their heart and soul and hard work to use. Pretty much if your not white, light skinned black, pretty and dress well then you won't even get noticed for your work. Or let me change that you will get noticed and then they will make you do everything and then some because you are a fast hard worker, so pretty much they use you up so bad and continue to treat you like crap until I just said forget it and quit. Maybe my pride took the best of me but I am happy with the decision I've made. And they will let anyone work there. It is so ghetto their it's ridiculous considering the facility is really nice. Girls will come in with their butts hanging out and bellies showing and they would talk to management anyway they wanted to. The place is such a joke and baffling at times. The managers could care less about you and their so fake it's sickening to watch. I feel so bad for the people that they would let come to work with their badges turned off so they can't come in and that means their fired instead of just calling them. At the end of they day the pay is good for what your doing but just watch your back. And make smart decisions on your next moves through the company because it's literally like a game.

Pros

Relative job stability if you're working on the PBM side. Once you're in a management role it takes nearly an act of God to be pried from it regardless of personal shortcomings and lack of qualifications.

Cons

Health benefits are extremely lean, only high deductible insurance plan options are available to employees. Poor organizational communication is standard, get used to not knowing where or how to get help for big issues. Turf wars and politics are a huge negative force within the organization, conference calls are a nightmare. Technology is out of date, MS Office 2007 is still the latest version employees are using in 2016. The morale on the PBM side is extremely low, employees are suffering with bad leadership and a lack of interest in employee retention.
