My supervisor was very mean and didn't explain anything that I did wrong in my first week. She would just come over and yell at me and tell me I was doing something wrong, instead of telling me what I needed to correct. It was more complicated than I thought it would be. For a week/or two of training, I didn't feel like I was equipped to deal with patients that were denied medication for HIV/AIDS and cancer. Unless you are okay with people screaming at you for something you have no control of, including managers/supervisors then this isn't the job for you. I ended up constantly getting sick due to stress, and then just had to quit.
