have never felt so disrespected and so unappreciated in all my career! absolute lack of structure. Horrible red tape. Processes change a few times a week BUT there is no communication so there is never an opportunity to ever become SME as you cannot use past experience since processes change all the time. Horrible turnaround! People leave all the time.

Very negative environment. Most of the pharmacy techs were disrespectful, incompetent, and had horrible attitudes. No breaks for pharmacists and barely even time to run to the bathroom during 14 hour shifts. High stress and constant distractions increase risk for misfills, which were poorly documented and followed up on anyway.
