Unresponsive Leadership, Cynical Management, and Impossible Staffing

-The first couple of months at my first store were bearable.
Cons
-At my second store, I was told to come to work while sick when I attempted to call out. I raised this concern with district leadership and they did not follow up, signaling that this behavior is acceptable. -Also at my second store I was instructed not to inform asset protection of some of the activities that store leadership were engaging in. Again, the district leadership did not follow up with me when I raised this concern. -The gossip I heard from my about the other in the training program by those who supervised him was unnecessary and unprofessional. District leadership also did not follow up on this concern of mine. -Staffing constraints make the job impossible to complete without someone working 55+ hours a week on salary. -Carepass is a convoluted program that we were required to sell and meet quotas on in order to hook customers into a monthly subscription to a pharmacy.
