Pros

Decent Pay and Benefits. Flexibility to work from home when needed. Great and Compasionate Co-workers.

Cons

No recognition for good performance. Absolutely no training or opportunities to train. Leadership is very secretive and not accessible to the employees. Leadership fails to give a clear direction as to what they want from there employees especially new employees. Salaried employees are taken advantage of and are expected to work 60-80 hours every week not just at busy times of the year. Very little work life balance.

Pros

-Management is flexible with college students. -Positive reinforcement when job well done. -Friendly and courteous staff. -You know what is expected of you.

Cons

-Always busy, feels like higher ups, DMs and above, expect more than can actually be done. -Constantly rearranging because one day they (higher ups) like this, and tomorrow they like it different
