      Store is selling liquor

      Pros

      Good start out pay, benefits package, good working hours, great discounts and sales, family atmosphere with the co-workers, one can learn a lot about retail operations

      Cons

      selling cigarettes and liquor makes it a liquor store where already drunk or druged customers are trying to be smart with the employees especialy while on the register. store managers have no desicion power over the district an the competence of the district management is realy questionable - looks like family run buisness

      Pros

      Since I am very customer service driven, the job gives one the opportunity do good for people. Kids, the elderly, and moms, their smiles makes the day moves smoothly.

      Cons

      At CVS, the management's goal is to over-schedule ones work tasks, lowering good customer service. Very Poor scheduling lowers good customer service, but low labor costs improve profits and management bonus.
