No benefits, management can be inconsiderate and slave drivers. Being a Head Cashier is the worst though cause the people below you expect them to hold their hand through everything while the people above you expect you to do all their work. Really not a good long term job but acceptable for a first time job. Raises are TERRIBLE. They can only give you a very small percentage as a raise which equates to pennies somethings, seriously. I was there for over 3 years and still making in the lower 8$ range

All of the pros are wonderful if I still have a job - there is major reorganization going on, jobs will be lost by year end in spite of winning a record-setting contract with another health insurance company. Communication across departments is a challenge at this giant company.
