      work with you on the hours you are available to work and time off needed, enjoy many of the customers

      Cons

      nothing is good enough, no praise for performance, not enough help while the lists of expected daily duties grows, pay raises are a big 2% after 2 years of waiting,

      Pros

      discount, pay is ok. Will hire un-experienced workers. Clean workplace. Not too difficult to work your way up. Good learning job.

      Cons

      Managers are very stressed because of such high demands set by district manager and higher. Very few employees. Expect to have pretty much the same responsibilities as managers with lower pay. CVS offers training but plan on learning yourself. No limitations to job requirements.

      Pros

      It's a great starting point for people that wants a job. Gives you a lot of basic information on how to represent a company as well as a learn how to deal with customers.

      Cons

      This is just at the CVS I work at, but since I was their first minor to work that this CVS it was just hard for them to understand life between work and high school.
