Pros

It's not the worst call center job you can have, but it is still a call center. Having said that, the pay and bonuses for performance are motivating. A lot will depend on the supervisor you end up with: there are a couple that seem to enjoy firing people. It is pretty easy to avoid though once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Pharmacy benefits in general are difficult, especially in the current political climate: drugs are being regulated more closely and certain ones are harder to get. Prepare yourself to get it with barrels from some of your callers.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on highly visible, large scale and impactful projects - Good work life balance - Fair compensation and benefits package

Cons

- Difficult to get promoted unless you are on the right team with right project and right manager - Very process and project management heavy with red tape across the organization - On most projects there are more people orchestrating and few people executing
