Pros

* full-time is 30 hours a week and there are always opportunities to pick up extra shifts * personally, I have had good experiences with management and believe that my input is valued * 401k with employer match

Cons

* weekday shifts can feel long, especially if you are working alone * a small fraction of patients do not seem to respect the providers. At times it seems as though customer service is more important than using your clinical judgement.

Pros

High initial pay. CVS in Target locations typically lower volume.

Cons

Essentially everything you've heard about retail and then some. Was told pay will never increase again. Technician hours cut in half in a 6 month period despite stable/increased script count. People terminated for a variety on unethical reasons. Cannot operate using professional judgment, all metric based. Have to schedule vacation over 1 year in advance.
