Pros
- job stability - high salaries with good benefits - loved counseling patients and interacting with customers.
Cons
-all about the numbers and metrics - If you reach your goals they will always push you to do more, your best is never good enough - The company strive to make the most money possible so they always cut hours in order to save money whether or not you are over your script budget. (unrealistic expectations) - no time for break, the only breaks i get on my 13 hour days is when i use the restroom. - focusing on bottom line and not the customers
