Cut hours while adding requirements and tasks. Cut or cap salaries while expecting an increase in productivity. No regard for patient safety or employee satisfaction. Everything comes down to one of the 5 million metrics that are impossible to keep track of. The CEO is driving the company into the ground while upper management finds ways to inundate bench pharmacists from their cubicles. I have worked at CVS for 6 years and have provided hundreds of free hours to this company to help keep my store afloat. This year alone, not only did I NOT receive any financial compensation during my annual review, I lost thousands of dollars from my salary due to an hours cut.

CVS has become cold and distant as a company with no care for those that put in honest work. They push people as far as they can go. CVS knows that there are many new pharmacists coming every year and disregards the experienced pharmacist.
