Pros
Annual bonuses although it fluctuates depending on how about the company does, pretty easy to move around the company. I moved around three times throughout my eight years. Work life balance is good depending on your department.
Cons
Annual layoffs, senior leadership needs to do a better job at promotions, the high deductible plan is horrific. It’s unavoidable and unrealistic. It’s a shame, especially working for a health insurance company. They need to do better.
