Pros
It's offices are in Burlington, outside the busy rush of Boston with plenty of free parking and near a bunch of GREAT new restaurants.
Cons
1) 90 day wait on receiving any benefits 2) Aetna (owned by CVS) offers the WORST insurance options we've ever experienced. Very high deductible HMO. Top of the line plan for a family of 4 costs about $17K in premiums with an $11,600 deductible — we almost reached our deductible in the first year — a full gross income this costs!! 3) Aetna does not cover many typical medical offerings like acupuncture, physical therapy and a wide array of specialized care. Instead they offer access to apps on your phone — 'cause they care... 4) Must go in to the office a minimum of 2 days per week, regardless of efficiency, cost or need. 5) When hired they heavily pushed their progressive Work / Life balance which has completely disappeared. 6) Most high level executives are currently running for the exits (first quarter 2022). Serious amount of turnover where no one really knows what's going on. 7) If you enjoy sitting in back to back meetings or on Zoom calls for the entire day (8:30 - 6:00) and then doing all your work outside those hours, this is definitely the job for you!
