Many thanks for the feedback. As a current employee, we would encourage you to use the many available channels to raise your concerns. Our monthly eNPS indicates that improvements in communication and practices are largely being recognised. We're keen to identify any areas where this is not felt. Thanks, CVS Team.

Pros

Great team leader who was nurturing and supportive to her team Friendly and supportive colleagues Being able to work remotely full-time The ability to purchase additional annual leave

Cons

Unfortunately, the positive environment began to shift following the appointment of a new Recruitment manager. From the outset, this individual appeared disengaged from the team, often missing important meetings and displaying a dismissive attitude towards their team. They then brought in another layer of management supposedly to look at, and improve, processes within the recruitment function. This person was unprofessional on many occasions, sometimes making remarks about other members of the team! Communication from leadership became inconsistent and unclear, which led to growing confusion and unease. It very much became a "if your face fits" culture within the team due to new toxic management joining the team.
