Pros

the people I work with are so lovely

Cons

The company is an absolute shambles when it comes to valuing its staff. They charge clients extortionate rates for their services, yet leave most of their employees stuck on minimum wage. After the recent wage reviews, the majority of PCAs and receptionists remain on base pay because upper management would rather line their own pockets than fairly compensate the people who keep this place running. Yes, as nurses we received a small pay rise, but it’s disgraceful how little recognition PCAs and receptionists receive despite the essential work they do every single day. I’ve personally seen staff walk out of their wage reviews this week physically and emotionally drained from the lack of acknowledgement and fair pay. Morale is on the floor—and it’s no wonder.

It would be wrong of us to discuss wage issues, which are often due to individual circumstance. We ask our managers to reward people based on their skills, experience and their performance in the role. This year, we have decided to invest very meaningfully in nurses pay. We disagree with some of the claims made in your post. Thanks, CVS Team.

Pros

There is a real focus on people and providing the best for them, there is also a real drive on providing the best facilities have been relocated to a purpose built site and had input on what we wanted. Really feel like we can make a decision and difference to the company!

Cons

Slow uptake of the current market trend for example the HPC scheme lags behind others with FOC Consults, CT is only in referral when competitors have this at first opinion.

We are pleased to see that you recognised our focus on our people. We aim to be a great place to work and have a career. We are continuing to review our Healthy Pet Club offer so thanks for your feedback. On CT scanners we are investing in this in some first opinion practices. Thanks, CVS Team.
