Need some structure- but culture is KING

Pros

The pay is stellar. The culture and welcome wagon is almost overwhelming. If I ask questions, I actually get answers or at least sent to whom can help. They have people who have years upon years with them. That's reassuring for a new associate. Everyone is very positive and fun to talk with.

Cons

They are smaller.... there's some structure needed. They've got some software kinks to work through. But they are really trying!! Sometimes there a longer wait to get something done. But honestly the positive culture far outweighs this.

Pros

Nice properties. That is really the only pro I have to offer for this company.

Cons

CWS once had a focus on their employees and residents, but in the last year or so, the focus has shifted to bringing in as much revenue as possible. There is currently a real lack of concern for employee moral, and it is quite clear with the majority of their long term employees leaving the company.

Tides have changed at CWS

Pros

Great incoming employee training, great onsite property managers, closed on Sundays.

Cons

There is no little to no support or understanding from corporate office for onsite teams. IT tickets take long spans of time to be resolved. Pay rates are low and men often are paid more than women. Day to day systems and websites have many bugs and are hard to use.
