Pros

Nice company culture, benefits, vacation, some growth opportunities. Nice properties, awesome training program. They fly you to Texas which where the corporate office is and makes you feel truly apart of a great company!

Cons

Any cons I've had the company truly addressed. One they raised the commissions. The hourly rate could still be higher. Especially when employees couldn't afford to live on property without the 20% discount and it's still a struggle with the discount.

CWS is a company that supports and encourages its employees by stressing its core values. More than just words on the back of a business card, the CWS values drive every interaction between the 3 groups of people we impact: our residents, our investors, and our employees. When we all follow those core values, the resulting work place is one where the atmosphere is supportive, respectful, encouraging, and challenging. The company's focus on life balance, wellness and charitable giving (see our B.R.I.D.G.E. program) are examples of the values in action. Our corporate mechanism for recognizing positive contributions, YouEarnedIt, allows anyone in the company to recognize anyone else in the company by giving points that can be redeemed for gift cards. It's great to be able to recognize your supervisor.. and to want to! I'm about to start my 10th year with CWS and can't imagine myself anywhere else.

Cons

I really have not experienced anything negative. Sometimes the pace can be quite demanding but that is true anywhere you work.

Apparel card, rental discount, paid birthday off each year, monthly sales meetings, opportunities for advancement, good commission scale, flexible scheduling, growing company, follows values

Cons

LOTS of different departments that don't always communicate with one another, lots of work that seems like busy work with little to no explanation, health insurance isn't the best (you do get three different options to choose from), some favoritism within the company when it comes to promotions
