      Little growth opportunity, Work every weekend, required to wear high heels, you get secret shopped continuously.

      Pros

      My first job in leasing started with this company. Almost everyone was friendly. A huge perk for me, we received an apparel shopping card. :-)

      Cons

      Leasing commissions could be a lot better. They only offered $50 per lease.
