Cons

expensive medical plans, poor choices for medical plans, more vacation/sick days sooner than 5 year mark, long employee tenure is bad because people are set in their ways/unadaptable,

We love to see that our BRIDGE program and the Wellness program are benefits you value. We would like to acknowledge your dissatisfaction regarding medical benefits. Every year our Human Resources team completes an extensive analysis to determine the best medical programs that align with company goals as well as our associates’ personal goals. Whenever there is opportunity to reduce or offset these costs through programs like UHC Rally Survey (Wellness Credit) we encourage our associates to take advantage of these savings. Insurance has gotten much more costly due to a variety of factors and we are looking at ways to reduce costs for everyone. At CWS we offer a comprehensive benefits package to include the CWS Savings (401(k) Plan, Health Savings Account, and paid time off that are in line with industry standards. Company stands for great things. Respect, Integrity, Honor, and Value. The hourly pay is decent as well.

Cons

Onsite team has a totally different agenda in Respect, Integrity, Honor, and Value. Benefits stink and commission is the lowest I've ever seen in the business.
