Very ethical company. Great training programs - You're always learning something new! Leasing Specialist job is both challenging and rewarding There are also a lot of incentives to working with CWS. They are a great company to work for and they really value their employees.

Terrible Experience

Pros

The two things I liked about CWS were the way they manage career apparel (you get gift cards to spend at approved retailers), and their employee appreciation day.

Cons

- WAY to clique-y. Regional Director was personal friends with some of the Community Directors and it showed through preferential treatment. I believe that upper level management knew this, but did not see a problem with it. - Lots and lots of drama. They seemed to thrive on it. Personal feelings had way too much influence on professional decisions. - They like to do everything the hard way. Processes and procedures were cumbersome and inefficient. - Training was extremely boring and did not engage or excite. The trainers were both condescending. - Upper level management feigned support for onsite teams but you could tell that at the end of the day they only had their best interest at heart. - Medical benefits were so expensive they were unaffordable. Then I ended up with a penalty at tax time for not having insurance.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They don't really care if you have a life because they expect you to work 50 + hours. Regional managers will through you under the bus and don't think twice about it.
