Pros

HSA plan, career apparel allowance, learn a lot about the industry , paid vacation time and paid tuition. They have a paid training program which is great for those new to the industry. Company is big on health, wellness, and volunteering. They hold true to their values and are big on family which is why the office is closed on Sundays.

Cons

low commissions - flat fee, does not matter how many bedrooms or how many apartments you lease. When numbers are not good, management puts a lot of pressure on the agents.
