Fantastic leadership! They offer great support in all aspects from the IT dept all the way up to the Regional Director. This is one of the few companies who truly invest in their employees training. They promote allot within which I really appreciate.

Cons

So far, I have no cons as it's such a fantastic company to work for! I do wish we had more high rises to manage.

Great New Hire Orientation, great benefits, and great people. CWS does everything in its power to motivate, encourage and retain its employees. You get bonuses for doing your job correctly! I mean how awesome is that!? They recognize hard work often and give plenty of praise when doing so.

If you have any "cons" with CWS... you're not doing it right.
