Pros

Extensive training. They send you to Austin for an entire week and pay for your suite. Great work environment. Overall they hire quality people who are easy to get along with.

Cons

I had a very positive experience. The only con would be that the commissions are not as good as many other multi family companies, but it's a trade off for a good work environment/company culture with no micro management.

This company is the only company I have worked for that gives back to the community. I really enjoy working for CWS. Looking for a career you need to work for CWS

Cons

Pay could be better, but it is very reasonable for the job title you have. As you move up the company you get paid a lot more.
