They're some great people who work for CWS. You made some solid friendships over the years. The core values of this company has so much potential.

Cons

Clicky, clicky, clicky. People get promoted not for their hardwork but for who they know. If you are friends with a Regional your job is pretty much secure no matter what you do.

Sometimes work life balance is hard. However that is only because you want to make your leaders proud, CWS is always about family first.

Over time I have seen some items needing improvement such as our commissions and health benefits. Thank fully enough our cries have been herd and we will be offering the best.
