Great new hire training, very good values, they respect the people that work for them, wonderful staff! They seem to make sure we are happy and satisfied and do what they can to help. A lot of opportunities to move up in this company.

Cons

I believe the pay and benefits could be a little better but I would much rather work for good company that respect's me than make more and not be treated well.

Great company culture and values, supportive upper management, hardworking employees are valued and appreciated. Company outreach program is encouraged and allows employees to give back to local community.

Cons

I believe pay and medical benefits can be more competitive compared to other management companies in the area. Otherwise, great company to work for.

I really enjoyed my time working with CWS! The people are great and I enjoyed the work/life balance.

Cons

There are plenty of opportunities to grow with CWS but you have to put the time in first. Tenure is weighted more than actual production when it comes to promotions.
