Work with great friends they have great customer service and they spend the money to make sure residents have great events

Cons

Very bad quarterly and monthly bonus. They need to pay leasing and assistants more hourly. Corp employees talk about other employees to everyone within the company.

CWS truly cares about each one of their employees and being able to see them succeed and promoted throughout their time here. When hired, you are sent to Austin, TX. Here you complete an amazing, in-depth, training that prepares you for almost anything you will need while on property. CWS has an amazing team who makes sure you have anything you need to do well.

Cons

Sometimes certain issues are over looked which can cause problems with residents and/or vendors.
