      Pros

      - Decent discount on Cabela's/Bass Pro items - Good benefits for Full Time - Some great people to work with. I made some good friends.

      Cons

      - Toxic/Harassing workplace from upper management - Very much grade school mentality with regards to the rumour mill - GM touted 'Emotional Intelligence" yet she showed very, very little of it. - Management/HR (up to senior HR) do not properly deal with accusations and assume guilt rather than find out the full story from both sides - Little to no Leadership mentoring (teaching) from managers for new Leads. They expect you to just do it yourself rather than train you - Managers play favorites
